Terms & Conditions

• Pay your fee on or before your renewal due date to continue using your seat.
• Any damage caused to chairs, tables, lockers, or any property of the study centre will attract fine or repair charges accordingly.
• Management is not responsible for any personal belongings. Do not leave valuable items unattended.
• Entry and exit from the study centre between 11:00 PM and 5:00 AM is strictly prohibited.
• Lights, fans, and AC must be turned off when not in use.
• AC will be operational only from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
• Locker charges are separate for individual usage and will be refunded only upon timely handover of the locker key.
• Maintain cleanliness in the study centre and at your study space.
• Do not share the Wi-Fi password with outsiders.
• Unnecessary noise or talking inside the study centre is strictly prohibited.
